Refund Policy

Overview

At Links Resource, we strive to deliver high-quality services. Due to the nature of digital marketing and outreach services, refunds are subject to specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service has not yet been started
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed placement
  • Mutual agreement between both parties

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Content has already been published
  • Client-approved content has gone live on PR/editorial websites
  • Delay is caused due to client-side issues (late approvals, incorrect instructions, etc.)

Replacement Instead of Refund

If a published link is removed within the guaranteed period, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
